What the body knows: A 6-week exploration of Energy Medicine

Many approaches to holistic health view our experience through four interconnected dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, and subtle energy. From an energy medicine perspective, symptoms are understood as the body's way of expressing underlying imbalances that may first arise at an energetic or informational level before becoming evident physically. The physical body is therefore seen not as the beginning of the story, but as its most visible expression.
The practitioner's role is to look beyond the symptom and enquire into the patterns, influences, and experiences that may have contributed to that imbalance. Bioenergetic testing supports this process by providing a structured way to explore the body's energetic responses, helping practitioners identify areas that may warrant further investigation. Rather than offering a diagnosis or simply directing treatment, it facilitates a deeper enquiry, enabling practitioners to ask better questions, uncover what may have been overlooked, and support the body's own capacity to restore balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health.
Over six weeks via Zoom, you'll explore:
• Why health can't be reduced to the absence of symptoms — and what a more accurate model looks like
• The quantum biology and cell communication research that gives energy medicine its scientific foundation
• The full landscape of healing modalities and how they relate to each other (and to QEST4)
• How bioenergetic testing actually works — its history, its mechanics, and its honest limitations
• What it takes to practise with integrity as a bioenergetic health professional
Each session combines lecture, small group discussion, and hands-on experiential practice. There are weekly immersion assignments that take the learning into your life.

Audience
For health practitioners who are looking to deepen their understanding of energy medicine. This course is a deep, experiential exploration of the philosophy, science, and practice that sits underneath bioenergetic testing. For practitioners who do not yet use the QEST4 bioenergetic testing system, this course is also an opportunity to experience being a part of the QEST4 community. And if, within 12 months of completing the course, you decide the time is right to bring QEST4 bioenergetic testing into your practice, we'll deduct the full cost of your course. It's our way of recognising that this course isn't separate from that journey—it may simply be the first meaningful step back towards it.
